Application Procedure for EU/EEA citizens

1. Apply online

2. Send your educational documents to the following address:

Application period begins in January. Applications are accepted year-round until application deadlines. Application documents will be processed only after we have received all the required documents by post. Students graduating from upper secondary schools or universities in Spring 2013 who are not able to submit their educational certificates by the requested deadline are asked to contact the International Student Adviser (admissions@tlu.ee).

2. Admission exams

Admission  exams take place several times a year. Please see admission exam schedule.

3. Acceptance

A successful candidate will be informed of the positive decision of the Admission Council after the admission exam via online application system. If an applicant is not able to submit all the required documents then he/she will be issued a Letter of Conditional Acceptance.

5. Temporary residence permit for study in Estonia

Students, who are citizens of the countries that have visa-free entry agreements with Estonia can apply for temporary residence permit for study at the Citizenship and Migration Board Offices in Tallinn.

Students, who are citizens of the countries that need a visa for entry to Estonia, will have to apply for temporary residence permit at the Estonian Embassy in their home country or any of the countries that have Estonian Embassy.
